Shipping Policy
Once we have received your order, items are shipped the next business day via Canada Post. Venere Salon ships to all of Canada. If you do not receive your item within five business days, please email enquiries@veneresalon.com with your order number.
Free delivery is available in Ontario when you spend more than $100 before tax.
Free delivery is available throughout Canada when you spend more than $150 before tax.
If the carrier damages your package in shipment, and its contents are rendered unusable, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at enquiries@veneresalon.com. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. If returning at the store level please bring all unopened products and your online receipt for exchange or refund.
In-Store Pickup
You can order items online and collect them at our Dorval location. You will receive an email notifying you when your items are ready for pickup. Orders are typically processed within one business day. Please ensure you bring a copy of the confirmation email so we can verify the order is being collected by the correct customer.
